History
Stone Lane Industrial Estate was originally a brickworks site. The site functioned as a brickworks until World War II during which production was scaled back and activity slowed. Following World War II throughout the 60's and 70's the site was redeveloped into an industrial estate. The estate has been home to numerous local businesses ever since.
